All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. But if any of the jewellery piece ordered is damaged (during transit) or a wrong design has been shipped, then within one week of delivery time it can get exchanged with a new piece of same or lesser value.
