All orders are mostly shipped from California (for USA) otherwise India (for other countries except USA).
For Canada and Other Countries
Any import duties and taxes if charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (with India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
We will send you a tracking number of your order along with a link where you can check the status of your order once it has been dispatched by us.
We are bummed if you are not happy with our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with our jewelry (may found it too big, too small or did not look great on you) don’t worry we’ve got you. You can let us know within 3 days after the jewelry has been delivered to you and we are happy to take it back and offer you other designs. But if you wish to have refund it will be in the form of credit note only. This credit note won’t expire and you can use whenever you want during your future purchase. DAMAGED OR A WRONG JEWELRY PIECE IS DELIVERED
If any of the jewellery piece ordered is damaged (during transit) or a wrong design has been shipped, then let us know 3 days of the delivery date it can get exchanged with a new piece of same or lesser value. To start the process please email us on email@example.com
