As all of our designs are made and shipped from India, we are taking extra care to sanitize our products and packaging at each and every stage. We manufacture our jewelry as soon as a customer place the order. Due to COVID-19 things are not in our control, such as government shipping delay. We’ll be updating you regularly with our shipping updates on email/Whatsapp. Rest-assured your package will be delivered to you without any issue.
We do not offer returns unless the piece is damaged or if you received the wrong order. hyperboleaccessories.com will refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of hyperboleaccessories.com , the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of hyperboleaccessories.com

Yes, we do. We ship all over the world. In fact 50% of our orders are from USA and UK. We have PayPal integrated as our international payment gateway. We send all our international orders via FedEx only.
– How long will it take for me to receive my product?
The orders will be shipped to you within a week. These are merely indicative, our endeavor will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.

– Is It Possible For Me To Track My Order?
Once the order has been handed over to the courier agency i.e Delhivery, hyperboleaccessories.com will Email/Whatsapp you a tracking code, along with the website link on which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.
– Are The Colors Or Products Shown On The Website Accurate?
All our products on hyperboleaccessories.com are hand made in Ahmedabad/Jaipur/Mumbai. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the stones and placement of the materials as of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product. If you order multiple products of the same design each piece may slightly differ, as the these stones are natural and not machine made.
– What is your payment method?
For now order within India we have COD (Cash on Delivery) and CCAVENUE (online payment) where we accept all kinds of credit cards, debit cards, Amex etc
For International Orders we have PayPal Express Checkout. You don’t need to have a PayPal account for that.
– How Do I Return A Product?
In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s until a set of instructions from hyperbole accessories.in regarding the same is received. In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we shall act on it within 48 hours.

We are based out of Ahmedabad, India and California, USA, and all products are shipped from India and USA
– Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, hyperboleaccessories.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / Zip code.
